Tessie was born in 2020 in Tampa, Florida. She was found abandoned in a dog park, and was rescued by the people behind SSCR Tampa. Because she was rescued around the same time as– and nearby– Dave Bautista‘s dog Penny, we like to think of Mr. Bautista as Tessie’s doggie uncle.
